❖ Sterilization FLAT Reel - STEAM (SteriPRIME)

Designed as a packaging solution for sterilization applications, Steriprime sterilization rolls ensure safe protection of the medical device from bacteria from after sterilization until use.

It facilitates the selection of suitable packaging for your medical supplies with its wide range of standard sizes with its flat and gusseted options.

Steriprime sterilization rolls are produced from transparent multi-layer copolymer PET / PP film and medical paper. Water-based and non-toxic steam and ethylene oxide treatment indicators in accordance with the ISO 11140-1 standard are applied to the paper surface and distinguish the treated and untreated packaging.

❖ Tyvek Reel - PLASMA-TYVEK (SteriPrime)

SteriPrime Tyvek has the strength, durability and tear resistance that are rare in the classification of stable packages. In addition to ethylene oxide and Gamma sterilization in the industrial field, it is also used in hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilization in hospitals.

Tyvek® is produced by SteriPrime company by combining high-density polyethylene (HDPE) fibers with the help of heat and pressure. Thanks to its unique production process, Tyvek® product is a high strength, excellent barrier and breathable medical packaging material.
